I. Shipping Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

II. International Shipping

We work with a number of international logistics companies, including DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS, to provide fast and reliable delivery services.
We will ship the products by DHL,UPS ,FedEx , YunTu Express and so on. Sales price have included the shipping costs.

North America: 5-10 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
Other regions: 10-20 working days
Note: The above shipping time is for reference, the actual shipping time may be extended due to customs inspection, holidays, weather and other factors in the destination country.

For International policy sensitive areas (e.g iran, North Korea, Sudan, Cuba, Syria) , Antarctica and the arctic, we do not provide services, so we are unable to provide delivery.

III. Customs duty and import tax
Tariff Responsibility

Import duties, taxes and other surcharges shall be borne by the consignee. These charges are not included in the settlement, please consult the local customs department for the exact amount.
Customs Clearance Process

We will do our best to ensure that all paperwork and declarations are correct, but are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs delays.

IV. Parcel Tracking

V. Parcel Damage and Loss
Damage Handling

If the parcel you receive is damaged during transportation, please take a picture and contact customer service within 48 hours and we will arrange for reshipment or refund.
Lost Handling

If the package is not delivered within the expected shipping time, please contact us in time. We will coordinate with the logistics company to investigate and provide solutions.
