II. Order Processing
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email, including order details and estimated shipping time.
Order Modification and Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the customer service e-mail. We will try our best to fulfill your request before the order is shipped.
Shipping Notification
Once the order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your order in real time.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging and tags.
Refund Process
Please contact us via our customer service email address for a refund, providing the order number and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it is correct.
Shipping Instructions
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong shipment, defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons (such as don’t like, don’t need, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

IV. Maintenance Services
Warranty Policy
We offer a one-year limited warranty on all wholesale watches. The warranty covers failures due to manufacturing defects or material problems.
Repair Process
When your watch needs to be repaired, please contact us through our customer service email address, providing proof of purchase, watch model number and a detailed description of the malfunction. We will provide specific repair instructions upon confirmation.
Repair Costs
Repairs within the warranty period are free of charge. Reasonable charges will be levied for repairs outside the warranty period or non-warranty coverage, and customers will be notified of the specific charges after evaluation.

VI. Liability Statement

We are responsible for product failures due to manufacturing defects or material problems, but are not responsible for damage caused by accident, abuse or unauthorized repairs and modifications.
Shipping Responsibility
We recommend that our customers choose a tracked and insured shipping method when sending their watches to us to ensure the safety of the watch during transit. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the courier company during transportation.
