I. Warranty Coverage
Warranty Period

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all wholesale watches from the date of purchase.
Warranty Content

The warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing defects or material problems including, but not limited to, movement malfunctions, dial problems, and hands malfunctions.
Circumstances not covered by the warranty

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or unauthorized repairs and modifications.
Everyday wear and tear, including scratches, abrasions on the strap, case and mirror.
Damage caused by water ingress, unless the watch is clearly labeled as water resistant.

II. Repair Process
Contact Customer Service

When your watch needs to be repaired, please first contact us via our customer service email address, providing proof of purchase, watch model number and a detailed description of the malfunction.
Assessment and Confirmation

Our customer service team will conduct an initial assessment upon receipt of your repair request and reply within 3 working days to confirm whether the watch is covered by warranty.
Sending back your watch

If your watch needs to be sent back for repair, we will provide detailed shipping instructions. Please ensure that your watch is properly packaged to avoid further damage during transportation.
Repair Time

Once we receive your watch, our repair team will complete the repair within 10-15 working days and send the repaired watch back to you.

III. Repair Costs
Within Warranty Period

During the warranty period, if the watch needs to be repaired due to manufacturing defects or material problems, we will provide repair service free of charge and bear the return shipping cost.
Out of Warranty

For repairs beyond the warranty period or for reasons not covered by the warranty, we will charge a reasonable repair fee. The specific cost will be notified to the customer after evaluation and the repair will be carried out after the customer’s consent.

IV. Freight and Liability
Freight

During the warranty period, we will bear the return shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to the repair center.
Outside the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Responsibility

We recommend that you choose a tracked and insured shipping method when sending your watch to us to ensure the safety of your watch in transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier company during transportation.
